Requirements: Requirements: - ASE Master, OEM Master, or Equivalent Experience and Training- Willingness to undergo training to obtain and maintain required certifications. - Valid driver license and reliable transportation. - Ability to pass a drug screening test. - Professional appearance and friendly demeaner. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Proficiency in using computers and diagnostic equipment. - Ability to lift objects that weigh up to 50 lbs. - Good hand- Eye coordination. - Desire to work on diesel equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities: - Diagnose, maintain, and repair Ford Motor Company customer vehicles. - Perform maintenance and repair task efficiently and accurately. - Utilize proper diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle issues. - Provide excellent customer service by explaining automotive repairs and issues clearly. - Maintain accurate records and complete necessary documentation keep work area clean organized and assist in maintaining the repair shop.
